About Us

In 1840, Thomas Millikin rode a horse to Columbus to take the Ohio bar exam. He passed the test and shortly thereafter founded his legal practice, which is known today as Millikin & Fitton Law Firm. It is the oldest firm in Butler County and one of the oldest law firms in the State of Ohio. Since that time, the attorneys of Millikin & Fitton have continued in the footsteps of Thomas Millikin and have established a tradition of excellence in the practice of law and in community service.
